I knew it!

Now how do I forget that I saw this for a whole year?

welcome to my room

This is what happens when a physicist with CAD software has a little free time (or is bored). The room is mostly to scale based on measurements I made when I moved in. I actually used this software a while ago to layout my room. I had made some changes to the room, so i have now updated the setup. I added the couch and the guitar on the wall. If you have any room layout suggestions just let me know.

Ahh.. The age old bumper sticker...

This story is about a woman who locked her grandson in a dog kennel when she left him at the house. It raises the question: "why do we imprison people who imprison people to show them that imprisoning people is wrong"?

Oh yeah. We do it because justice requires fitting punishments for criminal acts. Because we don't live in a consequence free society. Because offering forgiveness doesn't mean they didn't do wrong.

So sad...

If ever there was a compelling appeal against imposing a vegan lifestyle on someone...
This is a truly sad story about a mother and father who malnourished their baby to death by never giving him anything but vegan products. I don't think the parents meant any harm; they were simply stupid- and I am sure that the death of their child is punishment enough. However, they have been sentenced to life in prison for their actions (or inactions). Listen folks. Babies need milk. They need fat. They need protein. I don't know what these people were feeding their child, but whatever they were doing, if you are a parent, do the opposite.
