My day off

Today is my day off. Today I was going to get up at 7:00am but instead, I stayed in bed till 11. I feel mostly all right now, but i felt pretty dehydrated most of the morning. Today I had lunch with Vincent. I don't get to see Vincent as much anymore because he is at UNC and I am at Duke. I am at Duke almost every day that I work and that sometimes makes me sad. Life makes me feel very anxious at the moment which contributes to these feelings. There is no reason for anxiety, but it is there.
