Check out this survey. I will Update with my highlights later.
Update:
So i will take the survey with the benefit of explaining my answers.
Of the categories: protestant, catholic, jew, born again christian, I would choose "born again christian." I am a 26 year old white male with a post graduate degree.
I am ....
Absolutly certain that there is a God. My certainty is via faith. In my reasoning, if I am not absolutly certian that there is a God, I am not absolutly certain that I am a Born again Christian. John and Paul try to assure their readers that they can be assured of their salvation or "born-again"-ness. If I can be sure of my salvation, i must be sure of my Savior.

I attend religious services... once a week or more often.

If there is a God, do you think of God as male or female or neither?
If I may be allowed to equivocate, I would say neither with the caveat that i believe God is masculine which I believe is a characteristic that would exist even if the sexes did not. Under the assumption that male is used here to mean "masculine" I would say God is male since He describes himself as Father and Son in two of His persons.

I think of God as being…

A spirit or power that can take on human form but is not inherently human. This is the best answer to choose from. The bible says that God is spirit and Jesus is God become man.

I think God…
Controls what happens on Earth. What a loaded question. I am forced to choose this answer because the others imply that God does not interfere with earthly affairs. I believe God's interferance in human affairs are rightly called miracles with all the infrequency that a miracle implies.

Do you think that the Jews, Christians and Muslims all worship the same God or not?
not. I'll cite 1John 2:23 "No one who denies the Son has the Father; whoever acknoledges the Son has the Father also." Denies what? vs. 22 " Who is the liar? It is the man who denies that Jesus is the Christ..." the "Christ" being the Greek word from the Hebrew "messiah" or "a human descendant of King David who will rebuild the nation of Israel and bring world peace by restoring the Davidic Kingdom" or "the awaited king of the Jews; the promised and expected deliverer of the Jewish people" (taken from here )

Feel free to take the survey yourself.

I heard about that. I would say no to the "absolutely certain" question too. I mean what kind of wording is that? I'm actually surprised that the percentage wasn't much lower than that.

There's only one Being in the universe that can be "absolutely certain" about anything and that is God Himself.
