Thanksgiving aproches.

No fun pictures to post, but I thought I was due for an update. Just wanted to make the masses aware that there are some new links to the left which they might find to be interesting. In other news I am reading like a bazillion books at once. Its kinda fun. Work has picked up; in fact everything has picked up to some extent. But whatevs' right?
I am going home for thanksgiving, which is a new development, and I am bringing a guest with me. The guest would have had to spend thanksgiving here alone otherwise and so I figured my family is so big that she might slip in unnoticed. It will be a nice treat to see chuck and his family while I am in Suffolk.

Movie Review:
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. *** + */2
thats three and a half stars for those wondering. Its not that the movie was dull or boring. Its mostly that the movie was exactly the same as all the other movies. Its more a testament to Rowlings writing perhaps than anything else. Maybe I am being too critical... especially as someone who has not read the books. However, I was able to predict much of the movie's outcome with only my remebrances of the last few movies in mind. On the other hand, what movie-series aren't like that? I suppose you can always predict that Rocky will win the big fight, that Indian Jones will foil the NAzis, etc... Im just being a brat. Its just that I'm looking for things to mean something in the story, and they don't mean anything. If they mean something please tell me what it is.
