Ok, Dude is in a kayak going over some steep water... this is pretty extreem. Minus some points for not having a real Ironing board, and using your kayak instead. We'll go with 15.

I mean, come on! The guy is barrelling down some serious whitewater, literally inches away from jagged rock, and he's totally focused on the ironing. That's Extreme!
